Where is Duke this summer? For one, the famous Elephanta Caves in Mumbai, India, where Duke students explored the UNESCO World Heritage site, and they have the photos to prove it.

To showcase the university community’s global reach, the Duke Global Baton has returned this summer. The Duke Global Baton is an Instagram photo project circling the globe for 90 days to showcase the Duke community’s travels, adventures and daily lives around the world Duke alumni, students and staff will once again race around the world.

The baton began June 1 with photos from China. Every two days the Duke Global Baton Instagram account will be handed off to a new Blue Devil for posting photos. Together, we’ll see how far we can carry the baton this summer and show how #DukeIsEverywhere.
