Research Dr. Closed for Event Wednesday
Road to be closed beyond the traffic circle from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday
Due to an event on Wednesday, Feb. 10, Research Drive beyond the traffic circle will be closed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; no vehicles will be permitted past the circle.
Accomodations have been made for those who park in lots or garages along Research Dr.
No change is necessary for anyone who parks in their normal lot beyond the traffic circle before 10 a.m. on Wednesday and does not plan to exit until 5 p.m. However, those who anticipate needing access to their vehicle between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. can park in the reserved area (Level 1) of the Research Drive Garage on Wednesday. If Level 1 reaches capacity, access will be opened on Levels 3 through 7. A parking attendant will be on-site to allow entry for those with permits impacted by this road closure. Drivers should be prepared to show their permit to enter the garage.
Research Dr. will be reopened by 5 p.m. Wednesday for all traffic.
