Discount for Duke-UNC Women’s Basketball Game

Faculty and staff can get tickets for $4

Durham, NC - Blue Devils fans will be able to join a chapter of the Tobacco Road rivalry this weekend.

Faculty and staff can purchase discounted tickets to this weekend’s women’s basketball matchup between Duke and University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. Reserved tickets are $4 for employees, a discount of nearly 75 percent. There is no limit for the number of tickets an employee can purchase. 

Tip-off for the game is set for 3 p.m. Jan. 24 in Cameron Indoor Stadium. The game will include a special recognition ceremony for the 2006 women’s basketball Final Four team at halftime. 

The Blue Devils are currently 13-6.

To purchase tickets, go to, select the Duke-UNC game and click the “Specials & Students tab. Enter “GoDuke” to receive the discount. Employees may also purchase tickets at the Duke Athletics Ticket Office in Cameron Indoor Stadium with a valid DukeCard ID or by calling (919) 668-9235. Discounted tickets will also be sold on game day at the ticket window.
