Campus Mail Services will extend mail counter hours in the Bryan Center at the start of each semester due to a high volume of packages being delivered. For this semester, from Jan. 20 through Jan. 30, mail counter hours will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Regular counter hours resume Feb. 2.“Our hope is to reduce wait times for counter service during busy periods at the start of the academic year and after the winter holidays,” said Michael Trogdon, director of Campus Mail Services.About 500 to 800 packages arrive daily at the start of each semester, compared to 100 to 150 daily at other times of the year, he said.

Campus Mail Services will continue sending students a notification when a package arrives with instructions for pick-up.
