New York Times Deputy Editor to Speak at Duke Nov. 10

Talk to focus on Gaza and future of two states

Ethan Bronner, deputy editor of The New York Times, will discuss "The Aftermath of Gaza and the Future of Two States: A Journalist's Perspective," at Duke University on Monday, Nov. 10. Bronner will deliver the annual Rudnick Lecture in the Sanford School of Public Policy’s Fleishman Commons. The event, which begins at 5 p.m., is free and open to the public. A public reception will follow. Parking is free in the Science Drive visitor lot.Bronner was most recently national legal affairs correspondent for the Times. Before that, he was Jerusalem bureau chief, following four years as the newspaper’s deputy foreign editor. Bronner also has served as the Times’ assistant editorial page editor, education editor and national education correspondent.
