One man’s inspiring story at Duke has gone national.

Last year, Working@Duke wrote about Tevante Clark, the son of a Duke employee who used Duke benefits to drop more than 200 pounds. With help from LIVE FOR LIFE, Duke’s employee wellness program also available to dependents, Clark received information, regular checkups and support during his dramatic change.

"Any time you push yourself to accomplish something like this, it comes with ups and downs, but you have to stay true to yourself," Clark said. "You can change. You just have to learn to want it."

This week, Clark’s story was featured by CNN as part of their CNN iReport “Weekly Weigh-In” series. In the story, Clark gives an update on his weight loss success.
