Bejan Wins Award for Constructal Book

Adrian Bejan, the J.A. Jones distinguished professor engineering, and his co-author J.Peder Zane have received a 2013 Atlas Award for their 2012 book, "Design in Nature:  How the Constructual Law Governs Evolution in Biology, Physics, Technology and Social Organization." The work, which shows how recurring patterns in nature can be found in all other designs in our world, was recognized for its role in  "building a converging, unified and urgent voice for the Climate Movement."
