The National Weather Service in Raleigh has issued a winter weather advisory until 7 p.m. Monday.

Little or no acculmulation is expected of the precipitation, which will mainly fall as freezing rain and turn to a slight glaze mainly on elevated surfaces.

Duke officials do not expect to activate the severe weather policy but will continue to closely monitor the forecast and will communicate updates, if needed.

During times of severe weather, some staff positions require on-site presence to continue operations. Given the possibility of inclement weather, staff members should review Duke's severe weather and emergency conditions policy.
