Watch Live: Dukies Pitch Investors on Business Plans June 12 in San Francisco

Angel Pitch event brings together entrepreneurial alumni to match money with ideas

Eight Duke alumni will present business plans -- from a beauty products review website to a new gas-powered generator -- to a panel of investors at the DukeGen Angel Pitch event at Google’s San Francisco office beginning at 10 p.m. (7 p.m. PDT), Wed., June 12.

Watch the event live on this webpage or return later to view the recording.

The event, part of Duke's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative, is the seventh in an annual series that facilitates connections within the Duke community of alumni, faculty, staff and students interested in entrepreneurship. (Join the DukeGEN LinkedIn group.)

A recent USA Today article highlighted one of the start-up businesses that will be presented at the event. The Jobbertunity website, developed by Fuqua Business School graduates Ameya Kulkarni and Amy Vaduthalakuzhy, aims to help job seekers in their search for employment.
