Online HR Policy Manual Updated

As part of a regular review process, Human Resources has updated the online HR Policy Manual with changes and updates to several policies.

The changes include updates to policies that have previously been announced, including updates to eligibility for survivor benefits and the name change to the 403(b) retirement plan for non-exempt staff.

The other change includes the addition of language to the Workplace Violence policy describing when and how to notify Duke Police of behaviors that could indicate the need for intervention.

A listing of all the changes can be found on the Polices section of the Human Resources website.
