Crime Alert: Breaking and Entering Reported on Central Campus

Suspects reportedly entered unlocked apartments

On Saturday night and early Sunday morning, two students reported separate incidents of an unknown male entering their apartments on Central Campus.

In each case, the suspect(s) left when he realized the apartment was occupied. The suspect(s) entered through unlocked doors of the apartments located in the Oregon Street and Alexander Street area. 

The suspect was described by one students as a male of medium dark complexion, possibly wearing a gray t-shirt and denim shorts, and a red, flat-bill baseball hat. The suspect was described by the second student as a black male wearing a white polo shirt with red and orange stripes, white athletic shoes and a tan backpack.    

No injuries were reported and no property was taken. Please remember to keep doors locked and report safety  concerns.
