Water Main Break Near PGII May Impact Traffic

A water main break on Elba St. near the PGII parking garage across from Duke University Hospital could cause traffic congestion as staff leave for the Friday afternoon commute.

Durham crews have responded and are working on the water main, but traffic leaving the parking deck from the Elba St. exit may be restricted to right turns only.
