Timely Warning: Suspicious Person Reported on Central Campus
Durham, NC - On Monday, Nov. 5, Duke Police received two separate reports during the evening of a suspicious person knocking on doors on Central Campus and then opening unlocked doors.
According to the reports, when approached the individual stated that he was looking for someone named "Steve," and then he left the area. Nothing was reported stolen.
The suspect was described as a black male in his 40's and approximately 6 feet tall. He was wearing a dark sweat suit with a green and red design around the collar.
The community is reminded to keep their doors locked.
