Duke University has welcomed the inaugural class of the MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program. The program provides academically talented, yet economically disadvantaged young people, who are committed to giving back to their communities and countries, with access to quality and relevant education. Five scholars with the MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program began their studies at Duke University this academic year.
