Durham, NC -

Members of Duke's First-Year Advisory Counselors (FACs) program paint the East Campus Bridge with designs that represent every dorm on East Campus during the annual East Campus bridge painting event on Sunday evening.

The bridge painting is a kick-off activity of Orientation Week for incoming-first year students. Each FAC mentors of a group of six to eight incoming first-year students and helps them with the transition to college life.

First year students will move-in to East Campus on Tuesday, Aug. 21. More pictures are below and on Duke's Orientation Week Facebook Page.
