Traffic Advisory: Campus Drive and Main Street Goes To One Lane

One lane at the East Campus entrance to close Thursday and Friday

Durham, NC - Motorists should allow for extra travel time around the Main Street entrance to East Campus on Thursday and Friday.

Due to the installation of a water pipeline at the intersection of Campus Drive and Main Street, the City of Durham will reduce traffic at that intersection to one lane going in-and-out of campus. However, one lane will remain open at all times and maintained by road crews who will direct traffic flow. Work will take place between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday.

Duke transit buses traveling to-and-from East Campus may experience delays due to the construction work.
