Parking, Transit Advisory: Memorial Day Adjustments

Duke will run two buses during next week's holiday

Durham, NC - As members of the Duke community celebrate the Memorial Day holiday May 28, Parking and Transportation Services will make adjustments in parking and transit routes.

Due to fewer students, faculty and staff on campus, only the C-2 and LaSalle Loop bus routes will have service on Monday. Each route will have one bus running from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. No other routes will have service. All routes resume regular summer schedules on Tuesday, May 29.

For motorists on campus, patient and visitor sections of lots and parking garages, except at the Eye Center, will be available for free parking. Non-permit holders should remove any parked vehicles by 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 29.

In addition, the Parking and Transportation Services offices on Campus Drive and Duke Clinic will be closed on May 28 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
