Deadline For Reimbursement Receipts April 15

Unclaimed money from 2011 reimbursement accounts forfeited after April 15

The deadline for submitting Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Account receipts from last year is April 15, 2012.

Faculty and staff must submit all receipts by April 15 for services provided from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2011, to receive reimbursement. Receipts can be scanned and submitted online or through WageWorks' EZ Receipts mobile application.

Money left in a 2011 Health Care or Dependent Care Reimbursement Account after April 15, 2012 is forfeited, according to Internal Revenue Service regulations.
