Durham, NC - Faculty, staff and students looking to save on holiday shopping can enjoy a 20 percent discount during the annual shopper appreciation discount from Dec. 14 to 22.

The discount is at seven campus locations: the University Store, Duke Team Store, Terrace Shop, Medical Center Bookstore, Nasher Museum of Art gift shop, Provisions at Duke Integrative Medicine and East Campus Store.

In addition, the Duke Computer Store is hosting a sale on certain Apple MacBook, Lenovo and Dell laptops through Dec. 22 or while supplies last.

"We simply want to make shopping easier, less expensive and more convenient for everyone at Duke during the holiday season," said Jim Wilkerson, director of trademark licensing and stores operations. "It's the least we can do to show our customers how grateful we are for their support of Duke Stores."

The discount applies to clothing and gift items but can't be combined with other discounts. It excludes: school supplies, academic apparel, greeting cards, custom orders, electronics, Cameron floor and championship floor pieces, class rings, blazers and sport coats, alumni chairs, professional wear, medical equipment, plants, books, film, cameras, batteries and computer/printer supplies.

To use the discount at participating locations, show a valid DukeCard. A full listing of store hours can be found here.
