News Tip: Duke Experts Available to Discuss NFL Supreme Court Case

A case before the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday, Jan. 13, involving a lawsuit against the NFL could have a significant effect on joint ventures and competition.

American Needle sued the NFL after the league entered into an exclusive deal with Reebok nine years ago. American Needle, which had a deal with the NFL to manufacture apparel with team logos, has charged that the Reebok deal illegally restrained trade.
