Duke Islamic studies professor Ebrahim Moosa is among the 500 most influential Muslims, according to a new report published by the Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at Georgetown University and The Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Center.

Moosa is included in the "scholarly" category, among a group of "scholars, thinkers, and educators who are well respected leaders who have made significant contributions to the study and cultivation of Islamic knowledge and Muslim culture."
