Durham, NC - The public is invited to walk the labyrinth in Duke Chapel on Tuesday, March 24, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The event is free.

The labyrinth, a 40-foot circle containing a winding path, is an ancient spiritual tradition in many faiths. Visitors are encouraged to walk at their own pace, pause, reflect and pray. Walking the labyrinth, which will be located near the chancel area of the Chapel, can take 30 minutes to an hour to complete.

Duke University Chapel and the Office of the Divinity School Chaplain, in conjunction with the Resource Center for Women and Ministry in the South, are sponsoring the labyrinth. This is the eighth year the Chapel has held a labyrinth.
