UPDATE:
Durham police investigators have arrested Michael Jermaine Burch, 21, of 322 Junction Rd., on a charge of second degree rape.

Durham, NC - Duke University is cooperating with the Durham Police Department in its investigation of a reported sexual assault of a Duke student at a home on Gattis Street early Sunday morning. We are providing support to the woman involved. Duke students reportedly were among those who attended the party. We are very concerned about what has been reported and await further information from the Durham police investigation.
