Enter one poem. This poem may not already be sent to another contest or journal. The poem should reflect some aspect of life at the Medical Center: birth, death, illness, health, pain, recovery, healing, medicine, caregiving, nursing, medical center administration, the hospital, the clinics, grief, relief, technology, addiction, mental health, pediatrics. The deadline is Dec. 1.

E-mail your poem as a WORD Document attachment to brown097@mc.duke.edu.
The following information must be included the body of your e-mail:
- Your name
- Title of your poem
- Duke phone (if you work at Duke) and home phone
- Duke address (if you work at Duke) and home address
- Your permission for Health Arts Network at Duke to print, display and publish your poem.
- Your connection to Duke.
